How a Canva beginner learned how to interact with AI by making Slack stickers
🍎Introduction
In June 2025, for the first time in my life,CanvaI used.
The trigger was that I wanted to create an "OK stamp" to post on Slack, a communication tool I was using for online work at the time.
You can easily make one with Canva.
When I heard this from my colleague, I thought, "Is that really true?" but I immediately set up something called Canva.
It wasn't smooth and easy from the start, but there were so many designs to choose from, and many stylish ones, so I was able to successfully create the stamps, and I hope you enjoy them as part of "Hajime no Ippo🔰"🌸
I hope this will spark your interest in "homemade stamps" 💖
What are Slack stamps?
Slack is a tool (app) for streamlining work and team communication.
Roughly speaking, it's a workplace version of LINE+ chat with lots of convenient features.
So, the stamps are almost the same as those on LINE, but I created the "custom stamps" mentioned above to let people at work know that I'm OK.

If you want to use stamps like the ones below, or if you are communicating with multiple members,
If you enter "Last name + OK" or "Last name + I'll do it right away!", you'll immediately know who has confirmed it and who will do it.

How to make it with Canva, quickly 🌿
My first ever "OK Stamp" made with Canva
Here is the finished product. (Sorry, I couldn't find the same design.)
The design features the large words "Sato OK" written against a background surrounded by pale purple hydrangeas.
(Note: "Sato-san" is a pseudonym. I used it as an example because it is the most common surname in Japan.)

It included my favorite hydrangeas, and I was pleased with it, thinking, "It turned out pretty well!" But when I showed it to my husband, he said something unexpected.
This is the type of thing a grandmother would make at computer class and send to her grandchild.
It was a good laugh 😂
And then I thought, "This is where I started. Just wait and see!"
What I learned through trial and error
What I felt from this experience was,
"Even if you don't do it well, trying is the best way to learn." That is what I mean 🌸
With both AI and design, trying to do things perfectly can be scary,
When I boldly touched it,My world is expanding little by littleThat's right.
Including my husband's comments, everything has become a kind of digital diary of my growth.
Conclusion
Since the stamp incident in June, I've been creating LINE stamps using Canva and ChatGPT, making songs with SUNO, and starting this blog, and little by little, I've had a lot of fun 💖 and have come to where I am today.
Whether it's AI or design, everyone's first steps are awkward.
But that awkwardness is what gives it its own unique flavor.
If you're even slightly interested, why not give it a try today?
“I hope to continue exploring the joy of "people and AI creating together"✨️
